Refreshing Experience!

I got into some serious debt trouble a couple of years ago. Unfortunately I hired one of the �big� companies/ conglomerates to resolve my unsecured debt, not only did they do absolutely NOTHING for me over the stretch of 10 months but they took over $9k dollars from me without settling a single debt or even speaking to any of my creditors more than a couple times. They took their money from me before they ever even earned it; they never returned my calls or emails. I was just another number to them and they were processing clients like a mill or factory. So needless to say, I cancelled my program with them expecting a refund and to no avail thus far (over 2 years later). Suffice it to say I was more than skeptical about hiring another debt settlement company; this time around I did my homework and really researched things and prepared the proper questions to ask and so on. I finally came across ACI after speaking to about five other companies. They were so up front and honest with me I decided to give them a try based on their fee structure and experience in the industry. I felt like I really couldn�t be taken advantage of again after being so informed about ACI. I am so proud and relieved to say, I finally found an ethical & efficient company! I have just graduated their program recently and let me just say it was extremely refreshing to work with such professionals. Their customer service is amazing and of course most importantly their proficiency and expertise came through with flying colors. I can agree with all of the reviews I have seen on here and let me just add that if you are on the fence about deciding to go with the Company down the road or ACI, give ACI a try. If this sounds like an endorsement then GOOD! That is what I am trying to do! Good companies treat their clients well and do well for them so that we put the word out. If you were like me and had a disturbing experienced with another company (which you are not alone) then take a chance on ACI, for my experience they are the best in the industry with no one holding a candle to them in any which way. Can't Believe it! So Happy! Thank you so much!

I am writing this to thank ACI for helping me to resolve my judgment. I was extremely frightened when I received the notice. I did not know what to do. My friend referred me to ACl.
